Jussie Smollet’s case isn’t quite over.
According to reports, a judge has ordered Google to turn over a year’s worth of Jussie’s information, including the use of Google Maps Timeline.
A special prosecutor was appointed back in June to take a closer look at why the charges against Jussie were dropped.
We covered the controversial case, last year in January, Jussie claimed that he was attacked by two men wearing MAGA hats, yelled homophobic slurs, poured bleach on him, and put a noose around his neck.
Police investigated and believe Jussie staged the attack. After Jussie’s charges were dropped, Chicago PD demanded Jussie pay the city $130k for overtime.
