Tory Lanez motion for a new trial has been denied by David Herriford.

We previously reported that Tory filed motion to have a new trial in the 2020 Megan Thee Stallion shooting case. Tory does not have a sentencing date as of yet but is reportedly facing 22 years in prison.

Tory’s legal team also filed a motion to disqualify Judge Herriford from his case as they believe “he didn’t give their motion proper consideration.”
