We recently reported that West Coast rapper Slim 400 was unforunately shot multiple times.
It’s unclear what led up to the shooting. A black vehicle is suspected to be involved, yet no suspect has been indentifed as of yet. So far, slim has underwent 9 surgeries with a lot more to go.
Thankfully, he is out of ICU and in stable condition. Although he has a long road of recovery ahead of him, he is seemingly in good spirits. The rapper took to his Instagram to post his first photo following the incident. The rapper is still visibly in bad shape but he did thank the hospital staff for helping him. “I wanna thank the staff at the hospital for helpin me shake back I owe y’all #Roscoes or #TacoMell 4 life.” He captioned the photo.
Slim also sends this message to whoever shot at him.
