According to reports one of R.Kelly’s sexual assault accusers recently won against the singer in court.
The unidentified woman, sued R.Kelly earlier this year, and apparently won a default judgment against him in a Cook County court due to his failure to respond.
While no damages have been awarded to victim, next month Judge Moira S. Johnson will make a decision as to how much the woman should be paid.
