Nipsey Hussle’s alleged killer Eric Holder is trying to get two of his six charges dismissed in his murder case.

According to XXL, Holder’s defense attorney filed a motion to have two of the attempted murder counts dismissed. However, prosecutors are arguing that Holder fits the hallmarks of the Kill Zone Theory and has also filed a motion to have Holder’s motion dismissed.

On March 31st, 2019, Hussle was gunned down outside of his The Marathon Clothing store in Los Angeles. Holder was an alleged gunman and was charged with first-degree murder, two counts of attempted murder, two counts of assault with a firearm and one count of possession of a firearm by a felon.

Holder pleaded not guilty in the case. He is currently being held on a $6.5 million bond.
