Will Smith opens up about how he once had thoughts of dating his co-star, and his work cousin, Karyn Psrsons, aka Hilary Banks.
In Will’s new memoir “Will” the actor opens up about different phases in his life. In this particular chapter, Will reminiscing on being rejected. It wasn’t until the end of “Fresh Prince” when Will would begin to start dating hi now wife Jada Pinkett. Luckily, Karyn knew better than to start dating her coworker.
“She was smart enough to tell me ‘hell no’ when I tried to explain we were not really cousins, so it would be fine if we dated,” Smith reportedly wrote. “[I said], ‘I swear it won’t mess up our working relationship.’ She knew better than that – good call, K.P.”
