The teeny tots are coming back to TV!

Nickelodeon and Paramount Pictures announced the revival of the hit cartoon show that stole hearts everywhere in the 90s.

Rugrats will return to television and a full-length live-action CGI movie to follow. All your favorite characters, Tommy, Chuckie, Angelica, Phil and Lil, Suzie and more are coming back including new ones who will join the cast in the 26 episode order.

With news of the show’s return, it stirred up a ton of memories from childhood.

If the Rugrats can come back, why can’t we also bring these shows back too?

Recess:

Schoolyard antics, an eclectic group of friends. This was so cool.

Animaniacs:

The zany and wild family with a knack for adventure. Their theme song was catchy AF.

They also introduced us to a pair of mice or rats (I’m still not sure) who were polar opposites of each other but wanted to take over the world.

X Men:

To be honest, this was how I remembered them…which then turned me onto the comics and the collectible cards.

The Boondocks:

Enough said. We need this back.

Tiny Toon Adventures:

I thoroughly enjoyed this more than the original Looney Tunes. I used to be nicknamed Elmira as a kid because that’s how I reacted around any cute animal haha

Doug and Hey Arnold:

Now even those these shows are still being played on The Splat channel, we need new episodes. Just saying.
