YFN Lucci Surrenders To Authorities On Racketeering Charges

YFN Lucci has now surrendered to authorities following charges of alleged gang-related racketeering that was filed on April 30.

According to WSB-TV, the 30-year-old rapper surrendered to on May 10 following multiple charges which aggravated assault, armed robbery, property damage, theft, and more. He was recently released on $500,000 bond for a seperate charge of murder.

The recent charges is part of a 105-count indictment, following an investigation into the Bloods, where authorities focused on some of his lyrics and social media posts to tie him into the alleged crime according to Atlanta Journal Constitution.

His lawyer Drew Findling , believes that the murder charges will not stick in court, because he was simply the driver at the time when someone had shot at the car, and the passenger in the back seat responded with his own exchange, resulting in the killing of one of the passengers.

He also denied YFN Lucci’s involvement with the Bloods gang. “He’s not a gang member,” he said. “What he is is an internationally recognized musical artist that is a triple platinum winner, that has performed all over the United States and all over the world.”
