This album is filled with heavy hitters, Conway the Machine never disappoints. God Don’t Make Mistakes is an album to mean mug and nod your head to while you drive down the highway. It’s a Griselda classic featuring huge names like Lil Wayne, Rick Ross, and Jill Scott.

After a two year wait the Cool Kids have dropped a 21-song album that is jam-packed with unique features. Fans of Sir Michael Rocks and Chuck Inglish will be pleased to receive more than an hours worth of new music from some of the most entertaining and consistent MC’s in rap.

EARTHGANG – GHETTO GODS

EARTHGANG is perhaps one of the most dynamic duos in hip-hop. Anytime EARTHGANG drops it is must-listen music. The track BILLI featuring Future is already on it’s way up the charts and there are certainly other gems on this album. Very few rappers are as talented and flexible as EARTHGANG, they make fun music with substance.

DaBaby and NBA YoungBoy – BETTER THAN YOU

Release Date: 3/4

DaBaby and NBA YoungBoy have collaborated on 12 songs that fans will be excited to hear. Based off of name recognition alone there will be a hit record on this album, likely the final track “Bestie.” DaBaby and NBA YoungBoy are two of the biggest names in rap right now, this collaboration is a pleasant surprise to the younger generation of hip-hop fans.

King Von – What It Means To Be King

This is the first posthumous release for King Von, who was killed just seven days after the release of his last album. Fans of Von will be excited to hear more from one of their favorite artists. What It Means To Be King features artists like Fivio Foreign, G Herbo, and Moneybagg Yo.

Singles

Doja Cat & Tyga – Freaky Deaky

Release Date: 2/25

I don’t think any rapper uses the word “freaky” more often than Tyga. If Doja Cat is on a record, it’s probably going to be a hit, there is no hotter artist in the game. Freaky Deaky is a smooth pop-rap record that’s surprisingly less vulgar than the name entails.

Mooski – Soul Bleed & Scuba Diving

Release Date: 2/25

In some of his first releases since his hit song Trackstar, Alabama-born artist Mooski has two new songs which he dropped in February. Soul Bleed and Scuba Diving give a large peak into Mooski’s skillset as an artist, it’ll be exciting to see how fans respond to these tracks and his trajectory moving forward.

Shenseea – Deserve It

Release Date: 3/3

This is the fourth single that Shenseea has dropped in 2022, it’s safe to say she’s been hard at work this year. Deserve It is a fast paced track that will sound great in the clubs, something for the ladies to turn up to.

A Boogie Wit da Hoodie (ft. B-Lovee) – Hit Different

Release Date: 3/4

A Boogie’s New York roots shine through heavily in this song. B-Lovee’s harsh rap style compliments A Boogie Wit da Hoodie’s often sultry singing voice. Hit Different is a rare hybrid of drill and “rap singing.”

ArrDee – Come & Go

Release Date: 3/3

Fans of the UK drill scene can’t help but get excited for when ArrDee drops. Come & Go follows the model of many of his songs, high-pitched samples and grime influenced drill sounds. ArrDee is perhaps one of the most consistent rappers coming out of the UK.

Chiddy Bang – Up Anthem

After sporadically releasing for the last few years Chiddy of Chiddy Bang is building up to drop a new album in 2022. Hot 97 interviewed Chiddy about his upcoming project and what he’s been up to the last 10 years. Up Anthem is the first of many singles that Chiddy has dropped on his way back.
