Rising artist/producer/rapper Tonee Marino, dropped a new project, Where Was The Love, hosted by our own DJ Drewski.
The theme of this project is that not everyone loves and supports you the way you think they do. A notable lyric on the track “Where Is The Love,” is when Tonee raps, “Where was the love when I needed you most, but now you wanna show love.”
Tonee combines different genres in his music, merging mixing r&b, reggaeton, rap, and dancehall. Growing up in New York (Suffolk, Long Island), has been a significant influence on his sound. Host of the tape, Drewski said, “You believe in this, you know what you’re doing, I believe in you too. You do your thing, and I’m with it.”
