Rapper Troy Ave has been in the middle of a lot of legal drama as of late. Now he is getting some attention as he walks into court.

He went to court on Friday, bringing a lot of attention to himself as according to the New York Daily News he was wearing a fur coat, a bulletproof vest, and a bright red hat that read “Bake Water Whip Weight Again.”

The Brooklyn rapper got some good news during the pre-trial appearance as prosecutors have overturned a ban allowing him to go on tour and perform once again. Investegators no longer believe he brought the weapon into Irving Plaza that infamous night.

He is currently out on $500,000 bail as part of the incident at Irving Plaza shooting May 25, 2016.

Terms of the agreement is that he has to be accompanied by a security guard, all parties must be searched to enter the venue, his lawyer has to know a week and advance, and he has to return 24 hours after the event. Troy Ave must also keep his ankle bracelet, but can visit family in New Jersey.

The Brooklyn rapper was recently shot on Christmas while visiting family in the borough.
