Vanity Rose Releases Their Hottest EP: “Pretty Girls Get Lonely”

It may be hot girl summer, but that doesn’t mean pretty girls don’t get lonely!

Coming in hot after their Essence Festival performance (July 2), Vanity Rose just released their new 3-Pack EP titled “Pretty Girls Get Loney.” The rising Atlanta all-girl group will be performing their newest singles “Deserve Dat,” “Any B—,” and “Pretty Girls Get Lonely” in Coi Leray’s Trendsetter Tour that kicks off July 28th in Minneapolis.

The Hip-Hop and R&B trio of Hazel, Hennessey, and Honey blend rap melodies and hard-hitting bars to amplify their Atlanta roots and artistically express the theme all women need to feel right now: female empowerment. Vanity Rose explains that their newly released three-pack describes their previous experiences or what they may be currently going through. “It wouldn’t be Vanity Rose if we didn’t add a little bit of ratchet!” they exclaim.

After listening to the EP myself, the lyrics to each of the songs were extremely relatable (especially in “Deserve Dat”). To give you a taste of the lyrics in this liberating single: “A– getting fatter, Hair getting longer. And my curve game is stronger. Cried in a charger, Now I take flights. You told me I deserve that, you was right!” In addition to their empowering lyrics, all the songs were extremely upbeat and fun to listen to.

“Any B–” was produced by Grammy-nominated producers Swiff D and Rance from 1500 or Nothin’. The stand-out single “Pretty Girls Get Lonely” was produced by DJ Swanqo who also presently produced Cardi B’s “UP.” “Deserve Dat” was produced by DJ Chose.
