50 Cent takes it deeper than trolling with his ex-girlfriend Daphne Joy as they are headed to court.

The mogul has filed a defamation lawsuit against his child’s mother for recent claims of sexual assault and domestic abuse – according to TMZ

In a court document filed on Monday (May 6), 50 is suing Joy, real name Daphne Joy Narvaez, for publicly accusing him of rape and physical abuse on Instagram. The lawsuit alleges that Joy accused 50 Cent of rape and abuse in public as a result of his pursuit of sole custody of their son, Sire. He is seeking up to one million dollars in damages and an order to refrain from making any other defamatory comments.

“Despite being given ample opportunity to retract a false and malicious retaliatory accusation, Ms. Narvaez has shamefully chosen to interfere with her 11-year-old son’s relationship with his loving father by falsely calling him a ‘rapist,’” Reena Jain and Blank Rome, 50 Cent’s attorneys, told TMZ.

They added: “The motivation behind this appears to be Ms. Narvaez’s unfortunate entanglement and misguided loyalty to Mr. Combs, who we believe to be underwriting this attack and whom Mr. Jackson has been warning Ms. Narvaez and others about for many years.”

Daphne Joy accused 50 Cent of rape and physical assault in a March 28 Instagram post.”Let’s put the real focus on your true evil actions of raping me and physically abusing me,” she wrote in the post.

50’s lawsuit states that Daphne’s Instagram post has led to over 22,000 likes and a slew of negative online comments towards him. It has also caused significant damage to his business reputation and child custody case. 50 Cent immediately refuted Joy’s claims with an official statement followed by his attorneys sending her a retraction demand on April 2, which she refused.

Daphne’s accusations stemmed from 50 Cent trolling her on Instagram after she was named in a new lawsuit by producer Rodney “Lil Rodney” Jones against Diddy. Lil Rodney’s lawsuit names Joy as a “sex worker” who aided Diddy in recruiting to engage in sexual acts.

50 demanded Joy remove her Instagram post accusing him of rape and physical abuse. Joy’s attorney responded with a demand for millions and to drop the custody suit.

50 called the response “clearly extortive.”
