Breaking the internet with her latest Instagram post on Tuesday (March 26), the songstress of Shea Butter Baby fame left fans breathless as she flaunted her flawless figure in a captivating carousel of snapshots, leaving little to the imagination.

“I’m one year sober from alcohol today.. I love you all,” she captioned the IG post.

“I needed an excuse to drink and not feel the pain of everyday life and trauma,” Lennox added in a separate message tucked amid a series of celebatory snapshots.

“My toxic relationship with alcohol left me stagnant with closed eyes, hindering my growth and my healing. Hindering my ability to overcome fear […] I’m letting go and letting God!”

Ari went on to encourage those on a similar journey writing, “Y’all knew how many times I wanted to give in, but y’all were so sweet and motivating. We powered through!” She continued: “Let’s keep it going. Cheers to another year of being present and growing deeper than ever before. One day at a mfn time, baby.”
