Casanova could be receiving good news real soon.

U.S. District Judge Phillip Halpern is expected to make a decision on whether Casanova will walk free after his $2.5 million bail package is looked over.

The decision is supposed to take place on February 1st when the rapper and a few of his co-defendants are set to appear in front of Judge Halpern.

According to reports, Casanova’s attorneys submitted the court papers for his bail package earlier this week, which included cash and property from 13 of his friends and family.

At the end of 2020, Casanova and 17 others were indicted on RICO charges set towards the Untouchable Gorilla Stone Nation gang, which is an alleged Blood gang set.

Casanova was indicted on counts of racketeering, trafficking controlled substances, and use of a firearm in furtherance of drug trafficking.

As of now, he is not been charged with any violent crimes but if he is convicted he can be sentenced life to in prison.
