While the singer was casually chatting with her fans about her go-to candies, a flashy money gun gift suddenly lit up her screen. The unexpected gesture left her frozen for a moment, clearly unsure how to react as thousands of viewers watched the moment unfold.
It didn’t take long before the clip made its way across blogs and stirred up mixed reactions. Online commenters quickly speculated that the gift came directly from DDG, and many felt the move was unnecessary or awkward. Others suggested it could have been his attempt to keep things peaceful with Chloe, considering she is the sister of his son Halo’s mother, Halle Bailey.
The situation is especially complicated given the history between DDG and Halle. Earlier this year, Halle was granted a temporary restraining order after accusing him of getting physical during a custody hand-off. She said the encounter left her with visible injuries, including facial bruises and damage to a tooth. In response, DDG pushed back in court by filing his own request for protection, along with a petition seeking full custody of Halo. He argued that Halle’s behavior placed both him and their child in a harmful environment, alleging that she often relied on manipulation and threats. While the judge allowed him a restraining order of his own, his request for sole custody was denied.
Since then, both have moved forward in different ways. Halle appears to be spending time with producer Scott Bridgeway, while DDG continues to draw attention for his rumored relationships. He has been linked to India Love in recent months, although she has denied that they are romantically involved.
