Chrisean Rock officially changes her son’s name.
Rock decided to change her son’s name and share the news with social media. At the time of birth, his name was Chrisean Malone Jr.
The rapper/reality star originally wanted to name him after his alleged father, BlueFace, whose real name is Jonathan Jamall Porter. “He has two sons but he don’t got a junior yet I don’t like it. I don’t like it like that”, Rock said at the time.
It seems she had a change of heart as she says via X, “Chrisean Jesus Porter is his name it isn’t Jr any more just letting y’all know thanks.” The baby still keeps Blueface’s last name, however.
“That man denied that baby from the jump, showed his privates on the internet and tried to take him away from you, …the first thing you do is give that child his last name????” reacted one fan. “I thought Junior had to do with him being named Chrisean ??” questioned another.
We previously reported that Rock was facing 8 years behind bars on drug-related charges. According to reports, Rock was charged with failure to have a tax stamp affixed on controlled dangerous substances (CDS) and possession of CDS with intent to distribute.
Rock was arrested back in June, while visiting her boyfriend and baby’s father, Blueface at a court hearing.
She has since been released from prison and is home with her son.
