Christian Combs is facing serious allegations, including assault, battery, sexual assault, and intentional infliction of emotional distress. According to InTouch Weekly, the accusations stem from a lawsuit filed by Grace O’Marcaigh, who claims she worked as a stewardess on a yacht chartered by Christian’s father, Diddy, in July 2022. O’Marcaigh describes the environment aboard the yacht as “chaotic,” alleging there was “drug use” and “sex work” taking place.

The lawsuit alleges that Christian became “inappropriately interested” in O’Marcaigh, pressuring her into unwanted sexual acts and assault. At one point, she claims he cornered her in a room and exposed himself, but she managed to escape when someone else entered. O’Marcaigh also alleges she felt disoriented after taking tequila shots, suspecting the alcohol may have been tampered with. The lawsuit states, “[Grace] was quite scared and realized she was in a very dangerous situation. [Grace] was also feeling the effect of the tequila shots and quickly suspected that the tequila was spiked.”

This lawsuit, which includes allegations of assault, was initially filed in April. At the time, Aaron Dyer, an attorney representing Christian and Diddy, called the claims baseless, asserting, “This is just another lewd and meritless claim from Tyrone Blackburn… This complaint is filled with the same kind of manufactured lies and irrelevant facts we’ve come to expect from Blackburn.” Dyer further accused Blackburn of improperly filing cases to gain media attention and pressure settlements, citing a federal judge’s recent decision to refer Blackburn to a disciplinary committee.

Christian has denied the assault allegations. Meanwhile, Diddy, who is unrelated to this case, remains in custody in Brooklyn on separate sex trafficking and racketeering charges. He has pleaded not guilty, and his trial is set to begin in May 2025.
