Desiigner has been sentenced in his indecent exposure case, and now he must register as a sex offender.
According to documents obtained by TMZ on Thursday (Sept. 14), Desiigner, whose real name is Sidney Royel Selby III, was ordered to register as a sex offender after he pleaded guilty on Tuesday (Sept. 12) for whipping out his penis in the presence of flight attendants back in April during a flight from Japan. A press release from the District of Minnesota’s U.S. Attorney’s Office notes that the Brooklyn rapper was charged with one count of indecent exposure on an aircraft, which is a misdemeanor punishable by no more than 90 days imprisonment and a $500 fine.
The “Panda” hitmaker’s punishment comes as an addition to other conditions of two years probation and participating in a psychiatric evaluation and drug testing. He is also prohibited from owning or possessing firearms, must do 120 hours of community service, and pay a $5,000 fine.
