The Washington Post reports that Sean “Diddy” Combs is listed — along with 100 others— in helping Elon Musk assume control of Twitter in 2022. Earlier this week, Musk was forced to unseal 100 Twitter (now X) shareholders. The hip-hop mogul is joined by venture capital firms, Saudi princes, and the platform’s creator, Jack Dorsey. According to The Post, Musk had initially filed the list as part of a lawsuit from former employees.
Per the suit, the workers accused Musk of “violating arbitration agreements.” The former employees claim the Telsa CEO failed to pay them fees after acquiring the company. Not long after, the Reporters Committee for Freedom of the Press filed a motion to unseal the documents. Diddy and his team haven’t released a public statement about the recent information. The news while shocking, is the least of the Bad Boy CEO’s problems.
Diddy’s Ongoing Legal Battle Amid Sexual Assault Allegations
Last year, Cassie sued the Diddy and accused him of rape, physical abuse, and human trafficking. Nearly one day later, the pair settled out of court for an undisclosed amount. The former couple were together for 11 years, from 2007 until 2019. A few months back, CNN obtained a video of Diddy violently assaulting Cassie. More recently, TMZ reports, that one of the women accusing Diddy of sexual misconduct has met with Miami police.
The outlet says that Adria English — the woman he allegedly assaulted at a 2004 white party — met with authorities last week. While she did file a civil suit against the disgraced mogul, no legal action was taken. Miami Beach PD did confirm to the outlet that they did meet with English, however, there was no evidence to move forward. That said, officials revealed they handed their information over to federal authorities. English’s attorney, Ariel Mitchell tells TMZ she’s “cautiously optimistic” and plans to file another police report in New York.
