On Friday (May 10), Diddy and his legal representatives went back to court in the hopes of getting the “false” allegation that he raped a 17-year-old teen in 2003 tossed out. According to his lawyers, the allegation has done “incalculable damage” to his reputation and the other men accused in the victim’s lawsuit.

“Mr. Combs and his companies categorically deny Plaintiff’s decades-old tale against them, which has caused incalculable damage to their reputations and business standing before any evidence has been presented,” the court documents read.

Comb’s lawyers had also noted that the alleged victim had no recollection of the day, time, or year, of the incident but, “miraculously remembers other salacious details, despite her alleged incapacitated condition.” The defense team is ultimately looking to have the case “dismissed with prejudice,” which would mean that it cannot be refiled.

Last year, an unnamed woman filed a lawsuit against Combs, claiming that while she was in high school she met Harve Pierre, the then-president of Combs’ Bad Boy record label. After chatting, Pierre whisked her way to New York on a private plane and took her to a recording studio used by Diddy. She claimed that she was given drugs and alcohol and then later, Combs and Pierre proceeded to take turns raping her. Court documents also revealed that there had been photographic evidence that she was, in fact, present in the studio and was pictured on Combs’ lap.

This is just one of the few in the laundry list of lawsuits he’s racked up over the past few months. Thanks to New York’s Adult Survivors Act, Combs’ ex, Cassie, and several other women came forward earlier this year to share their stories. Nearly one day after Cassie’s explosive lawsuit, news broke that she and Diddy had settled for a rumored $30,000,000.
