Sean “Diddy” Combs is eager to testify during his forthcoming trial, per his lawyer. According to TMZ, Marc Agnifilo offered a preview as to how the mogul’s trial may go. Agnifilo said, “I don’t know that I could keep him off the stand. I think he is very eager to tell his story. And I think he will tell every part of his story.” Agnifilo has addressed the press almost a week after Diddy’s arrest. In regards to his testimony, Agnifilo stated, “He has his story, and he has a story that I think only he can tell in the way he can tell it, in real time,” “It’s a human story. It’s a story of love. It’s a story of hurt. It’s a story of heartbreak.”
Agnifilo explained the reason behind the 1,000 bottles of baby oil and lubricant found at Diddy’s Miami and LA homes. He disclosed, “I don’t think it was 1,000. I think it was a lot. I mean, there is a Costco right down the street. I think Americans buy in bulk, as we know.” Nonetheless, Hot97 later clarified that this was a false statement, as Costco claimed they don’t sell baby oil.

Prosecutors from the Southern District of New York have charged the mogul with organizing multi-day sex parties, referred to as “freak offs,” where he allegedly forced victims to have sex with male prostitutes. The indictment also accuses Diddy of masturbating during these events and controlling his victims through drugs and threats of violence. His legal team argues the encounters were consensual, but prosecutors are expected to press him hard on this issue as the trial progresses. Although no trial date has been set, Combs faces serious allegations from several women, including Thalia Graves, who claims that both he and his head of security raped her at Bad Boy Records’ New York studio in 2001. For now, Combs remains in custody at Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center, awaiting trial.
