Another one. Sean “Diddy” Combs has been hit with a new lawsuit by ex-model Crystal McKinney, alleging sexual assault and subsequent professional blackballing in 2003.

The 22-year-old claims to have encountered Combs at a Men’s Fashion Week event in New York City. She was invited to his studio, where she joined him and several associates, partaking in drinking Hennessy and smoking joints. McKinney reported feeling disoriented after consuming what she believes to have been a potent joint laced with a substance.

McKinney was featured on MTV’s True Life episode, “I’m A Model,” in 2019. She was also a 2018 Mission Model winner, and Crystal won the opportunity to walk in MTV’s Fashionably Loud runway show in 2018.

According to the lawsuit, McKinney alleges that Combs forcibly engaged in sexual activity with her after leading her to a bathroom, where he initiated physical advances, directing her to perform oral sex. The lawsuit further claims that McKinney lost consciousness and later awoke in a taxi, realizing she had been sexually assaulted. The specific nature of the assault remains unclear from the report.

McKinney recounted experiencing severe depression and attempting suicide in 2004. Her decision to speak out was motivated by witnessing similar allegations against Combs in four other lawsuits.

Combs previously faced a lawsuit from his ex-girlfriend Cassie, which was settled out of court in November 2023. However, the matter resurfaced following the release of surveillance footage capturing Combs assaulting Cassie in 2016, corroborating her accounts detailed in legal documents.

Tubi and TMZ released a new Diddy documentary entitled The Downfall of Diddy last week.
