King Combs, son of music mogul Diddy, has reportedly been served with a lawsuit stemming from allegations of sexual assault at a yacht party in 2022.

The suit, filed earlier this year by Grace O’Marcaigh, accuses the recording artist, born Christian Combs, of assault, battery, sexual misconduct, and intentional infliction of emotional distress. The legal action took place at Diddy’s Miami mansion, according to a report from In Touch on Monday (December 2).

O’Marcaigh, a seasoned stewardess in the yachting industry, claims the incident derailed her career and personal life. She alleges that while working aboard a yacht chartered by Diddy, an event advertised as a “family excursion” devolved into what she describes as a “hedonistic environment” rife with drug use and sex work. She states that Combs took an inappropriate interest in her during a shift, pressuring her to drink and subjecting her to physical aggression.

The lawsuit details her claim that Combs forcibly grabbed her arm, refused her requests to leave, and coerced her into consuming spiked alcohol. She further alleges he cornered her in a private room and exposed himself before she managed to escape when another individual entered.

The fallout from the incident, according to O’Marcaigh, was devastating. She says she lost her job and a long-term partner who struggled to cope after witnessing the physical and emotional toll the alleged assault had taken on her. O’Marcaigh’s mental health reportedly deteriorated, leading to intensive therapy and depression. The lawsuit also mentions her inability to fully participate in her sister’s wedding in June 2023, a role she had anticipated for over 18 months.

At the time of the filing in April, both King Combs and Diddy’s lawyer, Aaron Dyer, issued a strong rebuttal, criticizing O’Marcaigh’s legal representation. They characterized the allegations as baseless and part of a broader pattern of “manufactured lies” by attorney Tyrone Blackburn, who represents multiple clients in cases involving the Combs family.

Dyer referenced a recent federal judge’s decision to reprimand Blackburn for allegedly misusing the court system to generate publicity and pressure settlements, stating, “We will be filing a motion to dismiss this outrageous claim.”

The lawsuit comes as another controversial chapter in the Combs family’s public legal battles, adding further scrutiny to one of hip-hop’s most prominent dynasties.
