Rapper Enchanting passed away on June 11. She was 26 years old.
Following her untimely passing, her family released a statement on her behalf. “On behalf of Channing Nicole Larry aka Enchanting,” the statement opened. “We are deeply saddened to announce the death of our sweet and beloved daughter.”
“She lived her life with grace and blessed so many with friendship, laughter and love.”
The statement continue: “We also appreciate everyone’s respect of our family’s privacy as we continue to navigate through this difficult loss. The cause of death has not yet been determined. Thanks again.”
The statement closed with “The family of Enchanting Larry.”
A representative for the rapper exclusively tells The Shade Room, “she came to my house the last four days to get clean. She tried her best and I did everything I could to help her, she tried”.
The Fort Worth, Texas artist signed with Gucci Mane’s New 1017 label in 2020. Gucci Mane shared some kinds words towards his former artist following her passing. “So sad to have to say R.I.P to such a great young lady a true star we gone all miss you Chant @luvenchanting 😢 💔,” he wrote alongside a picture of the rapper.
