NLE Choppa is facing backlash after his ex, Marissa Da’Nae, accused him of child neglect and seeking custody of their son despite having little involvement in the boy’s life. The Memphis rapper and the reality star share a two-year-old named ChoZen Wone, and over the weekend, Marissa went on X to vent about the situation.
In her posts, she expressed disbelief over the possibility of custody battles with a father she claims is rarely around. “I can’t believe this b***h is taking me to court about a child he doesn’t even call lmao,” she wrote. “I get so angry just thinking bout this s**t. B***h can’t even tell a mf when’s the last time ChoZen been to the doctor. I tell you what. ChoZen’s birthday was a month ago. This b***h has only called once.”
Her frustrations grew as she detailed what she says is his lack of connection with their son. “This b***h can’t even fill up all 20 Instagram slides of different occasions when he saw ChoZen,” she added. Marissa also suggested that Choppa is upset with her because she has moved on. “N*** don’t even know what ChoZen did last week. You ever met a n**** get mad because his bms got cool without him? He was lying to both of us trying to make it seem like both of us was crazy and delusional. Real deal got mad cause we is cool.”
One of the most concerning claims came when she alleged that Choppa had ChoZen fasting at one year old, insisting the toddler did not need to eat three times a day. According to her, “Kids come home starving.”
Marissa made it clear she is willing to protect her son at any cost, closing her rant with, “Just call me ‘CRASH OUT’ behind my son.”
