The former Governor of New York, Andrew Cuomo, is facing charges.
As reported on The Jasmine Brand, the 63-year-old was charged for allegedly ‘forcibly’ touching a woman in his Executive mansion last December. The publication says the complaint reads:
“Cuomo, for no legitimate purpose, forcibly placed his hand under the blouse shirt of the victim and onto her intimate body party. Specifically, the victim’s left breast for the purposes of degrading and gratifying his sexual desires.”
Attorney General Letitia James, also previously added Cuomo allegedly “engaged in a pattern of inappropriate misconduct with an executive assistant and others since 2019.” Back in August, Cuomo resigned amid the allegations. If convicted, he’s facing one year in prison and three years probation.
