Halle Bailey proves motherhood is the best hood, sharing yet another sweet snapshot with her son, Halo, on social media.

On Tuesday (July 16), The Little Mermaid star, shared a series of sweet snapshots on her Instagram Stories, one of which was an adorable photo of her 6-month-old son Halo, whom she shares with rapper boyfriend DDG.

In the cute vacation selfie, Bailey, 24, holds her curious tot, who is dressed in a white and gray striped onesie. Halo stares directly into the camera while playing with his foot, adding to the charm of the moment.

In related news, the day before, proud papa DDG playfully teased about who he thinks baby Halo takes after the most.

“Maturing is realizing that my son looks more like me than his mama..,” he wrote.

A sentiment that didn’t quite resonate with fans. “i’m immature as hell then. cause that’s halle whole face boo 😂,” wrote one user.

“DDG I’m sorry but that’s Halle’s twin brudder 😂,” commented another.

Despite rumors earlier this year, that Bailey and her main squeeze, DDG, hit a rocky patch, after the pair seemingly unfollowed each other on social media, all appears to be well with the duo who are currently enjoying time abroad in Italy.

“The singer’s rep tells us Halle and DDG are still together and that all the reports they’ve split are straight-up false — point blank,” TMZ previously reported.

“The reason this even had to be addressed is because folks were running rampant with rumors that they’d thrown in the towel recently.”

On January 6, 2024, Bailey revealed that she and DDG had welcomed baby Halo in late 2023, a joyous announcement that had been kept tightly under wraps.

“There was no way in hell I was going to share the biggest joy of my world with anyone,” she explained, at the ESSENCE Black Women in Hollywood Awards in March. “Halo was my gift. He is the greatest blessing, and I had no obligation to expose him, me, or my family to that.”
