Media mogul Oprah Winfrey gets high every now and then, according to her best friend Gayle King. During a recent interview on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, King shocked the world with the news.
So how did this topic come about?
Well…. King was discussing DeGenere’s 60th birthday extravaganza, while doing so she pointed out how comedian Amy Schumer wanted her to try marijuana for the first time. She says:
“I said I’ve never smoked a marijuana cigarette. I never have. Maybe that’s part of the problem.”

Gayle also added that her BFF smokes weed.
“Oprah has also smoked a little marijuana, too. I don’t mind saying. I’m not telling tales out of school.”
DeGeneres asked if Winfrey likes it and she replied,
“I refuse to answer on the grounds that it may incriminate her. It’s not something that happens on a regular – I’m going to change the subject.”
