It looks like Tekashi 6ix9ine is wasting no time getting ready for his release from prison.

Weeks after drawing headlines as he helped the city bring a guilty plea against two former accomplices on alleged kidnapping and robbery charges, the Brooklyn rapper is reportedly starting to work on his upcoming album.

According to Page Six who spoke with a "music insider," “it looks like he will be making music right away when he comes home. He already contacted a young NYC producer, and someone purchased two beats for him.”

After facing a minimum of 47 years in prison for firearms and racketeering charges, he began cooperating with the prosecution in hopes he could reduce his sentence. It was reported that his sentencing will come in December.

Singer Charlie Puth recently made headlines after tweeting that he would work with him following his release.

"If 6ix9ine gets out and is able to make another record I'll produce it for free," he wrote.

Other artists such as Da Baby emphaticly denied ever working with the rapper again.

His story will be hitting the small screen as 50 Cent is reportedly looking to feature his rise to fame for a docuseries named A Moment Of Time.
