Iggy Azalea opens up about a health issue that she’s been battling with privately.

During a recent interview with, ABC News, Azalea talked her new career journey as a “crypto entrepreneur,” and how she made a huge earning using her OnlyFans platform.

While she does admit she made a significant amount of money, the former rapper does shut down rumors that she’s made $48 million using the platform. “I’m no fool. I’ve been paid before I even made the profile. I was the top for that year. I barely, honestly didn’t have to do much,” she said.

“It’s not $48 million. That’s not the exact number, but it’s a life-changing number. It’s a little lower. It was great for me because I was able to take all that money and use it to seed out ideas I had about businesses that I wanted to build.”

The rapper began her OF journey back in January 2023, while she was promoting her “Hotter Than Hell” project. The album didn’t come out as the artist reveals she was retiring from music, however- her OF journey continued.

While becoming one of the highest earners on the platform, Iggy was silently battling a health concern. The entrepreneur suffered from “severe” nerve damage in her legs, which turned into an infection.

“I just ended up getting what’s called a chronically non-healing wound because I had a PICC line in my arm. We would take the PICC line out and then take hot bikini pictures for a day or two,” she said. “I turned lemons into lemonade with that. I really did.”
