Jennifer Lopez’s emotional revelation about love is causing a series of mixed reactions, especially from her first husband, Ojani Noa.

During a recent appearance on The Howard Stern Show, Lopez was asked if she’s ever “truly been loved.” The 56-year-old superstar candidly replied, “No.”

“What I learned,” she explained, “is it’s not that I’m not lovable, it’s that they’re not capable. They gave me what they had… all of it. But it wasn’t what I needed.” She also admitted that there were times when she “didn’t love herself,” calling the self-reflection part of her ongoing personal growth.

The ‘Jenny From The Block’ singer remarks quickly made headlines, reigniting public interest in her romantic history—which includes four marriages (to Ojani Noa, Cris Judd, Marc Anthony, and Ben Affleck) and several high-profile relationships.

Ojani Noa, who was married to Lopez from 1997 to 1998, posted a passionate response on Instagram after the interview aired. “Stop putting us down. Stop putting me down with your victim card. The problem is not us. Not me. The problem is you,” he wrote.

In the post, Noa accused Lopez of rewriting their history for sympathy.
“You’ve been ‘loved’ a few times. You’ve been married four times and had countless relationships in between,” he continued. “I was in love with you, I moved out of state, leaving my job, family and friends behind to support you. I was honest, faithful, never lied, never cheated.”

Noa went on to allege that Lopez “chose fame over love,” claiming she was unfaithful and that this ultimately ended their marriage.

Lopez, has not publicly responded to Noa’s comments.
