JT and Cardi B exchange heated words online, following Cardi B’s latest project, Am I the Drama?
On the track “Magnet,” Cardi takes pointed shots who fans speculate to be JT. The lyrics allude to “fake friends” and even make references to Lil Uzi Vert, JT’s longtime partner, making the connection hard to ignore.
JT wasted little time in responding. Taking to X (formerly Twitter), she accused Cardi of being a “fraud” and questioning her rap skills. She even dragged Cardi’s personal life into the fray, alleging that Cardi’s partner, NFL star Stefon Diggs, had hidden secrets.
In one particularly explosive claim, JT wrote: “CARDI B BABY FATHER A GAY MAN!!!!!!!!!! … JUSTICE FOR CHRIS I stand with the gays!!!!!”
Cardi responded swiftly, denying JT’s accusations and pushing back against the narrative. She claimed there were “receipts” proving JT’s claims were false and hinted at private conversations that could expose JT’s inconsistencies.
Cardi posted screenshots of text exchanges and even suggested she had audio recordings to back up her side of the story.
On Instagram, Cardi vented her frustration, writing: “JUST UNGRATEFUL. Chris lied… there’s receipts for that … don’t let me say what he was saying … Do I need to play the audio?”
