Kanye West’s Vulture era might be coming to a close soon. The Chicago native is reportedly preparing to drop off his 11th album, Bully. During a recent stop on his Vulture Listening Experience tour, he previewed the first single, “Beauty And The Beast.” The moment was instantly shared on social media platforms like X, leaving Ye fans in a frenzy. “my goat just revived his career,” one person commented under a post. Another fan seemed extremely overjoyed at the news of new Kanye music: “WERE SO BACK THANK F*CKUNG GOD.”
However, some fans were unsure if the project would come to fruition. “This album will never come out,” one fan wrote. Whereas another fan speculated, that the project will have several changes before it ever reaches the public. “This means it will be named something else weeks/months from now when snippets start leaking onto the internet.” So far, there hasn’t been any other information — such as a tracklist or release date — shared about the project.
Adidas Reigns Supreme In Legal Battle Over Kanye West Partnership
On the music front, things seem to be going well for Ye. However, on the business side, not so much. In August, Adidas reigned victorious in their court battle against shareholders after accusations of violating security laws. Investors claim the sneaker giant didn’t alert them to Kanye West’s extreme behavior. Unfortunately, Judge Karin Immergut didn’t see it that way. Immergut admitted in an Oregon courtroom on Aug.16, that although she didn’t condone West’s “erratic” behavior, the company wasn’t at fault.
“The question before this court is not whether to admonish Ye or hold Adidas morally accountable for Ye’s conduct,” the court documents read.“Rather, this Court is faced with a precise legal question: has the Plaintiff sufficiently pleaded facts showing that Adidas misled investors and thereby committed federal securities fraud? On the current record before this Court, the answer is no.” Nearly a decade ago, West and Adidas launched their partnership. However, by 2022, things had soured between the two. West, often known for his provocative nature, sparked a major controversy after making several anti-Semitic comments.
