Kayla B and Sexyy Red are still locked in a heated social media battle, and neither seems ready to back down. The drama flared up again after Sexyy Red posted about women supposedly still holding grudges over her history with Chief Keef. Kayla B, who is King Von’s sister, spotted the post and quickly came for her. This time, Kayla claimed Red’s real frustration comes from seeing Rob49 enjoying life with his girlfriend, Siya.
In a post on X that was later deleted, Kayla wrote, “Since you wanna make this about Sosa when it’s not you just mad you f***** that girl man and they looking good outta town b***h.”
The exchange took another turn when Red said she would not respond unless the other person could show her $100,000. Kayla answered with a screenshot showing $57,838.14 in her bank account and told Red she would reveal the rest if Red could prove she tested negative for herpes. “Now upload your test results. Do I need to get your baby daddy on FaceTime???? Ima show the rest when u get that blood work!!! Ms. SPIT TOOO STARTTT LMAOOOOOOO,” she wrote alongside the screenshot. Red has not addressed the accusation.
Red eventually dropped a comment under The Shade Room Teens’ coverage of the feud, keeping the back-and-forth alive. Their ongoing tension stems from an earlier post where Red said women were upset with her over her brief fling with Chief Keef. She didn’t name anyone, but Kayla responded immediately, calling her “the mad h>>” and accusing her of constantly worrying about other people’s relationships. Kayla also claimed that Chief Keef found the situation amusing, writing, “and why you tagging him he actually was just laughing at you!!”
