Kel Mitchell is the latest Club Shay-Shay guest.
The actor dropped some bombs during the interview. He claims that his ex-wife, Tyisha Hampton, was impregnated by other men.
“I ended up marrying my ex-wife because we had another baby. We had the abortion and then we had a baby… and she ended up telling me that the baby that was aborted wasn’t mine. Within that process, you already marry within a lie,” Mitchell said.
He continued: “No, this is the beginning. This started at the beginning. Within that process and that being known … Now I’m on TV. I don’t have time to process that.”
They were married from 1999 to 2005.
Tyisha responded to Mitchell’s allegations. She shares a video via TikTok asking, “Dude, are you okay?”
The video continued, “This is the story that I guess he’s been telling people, and I’m sure the story has morphed into five different men. I don’t even know. You’re trying to get people not to like me or think I’m some wh*re and that will somehow change the reality of what happened. That’s just now it works at all.”
Elsewhere in the interview, Mitchell also opened up about his relationship with longtime co-star, Keenan Thompson. “When people watch us on television, they’re thinking like ‘Oh, this is brothers… they hang out all the time,’ but this is a job,” Mitchell said.
“When it ended, we were adults… You got to kind of look at us being adults and navigating our own things throughout life, and we hadn’t talked in a long time.”
