Maranda Johnson, the mother of two of Kodak Black’s children, is once again facing serious legal trouble after being arrested in connection to a violent nightclub altercation. Authorities say the 23-year-old was booked Thursday into Broward Main Jail on a $12,500 bond and charged with five counts of felony criminal mischief.
The charges stem from an incident on January 15th at The Manor, a Florida venue where Kodak, born Bill Kahan Kapri, had invited all three mothers of his children for a birthday gathering. According to investigators, the night quickly spiraled out of control when the women began arguing. A witness told police that during the dispute, the brother of one of the women stepped in, which escalated the situation further. Members of Kodak’s entourage allegedly became involved, turning the confrontation into a full-scale fight.
One woman told officers that Johnson “snatched her wig off her head and punched her in the face.” Reports also detail significant damage to the club, including broken plumbing fixtures, electronics, and other property.
Johnson is no stranger to legal issues involving the other mothers of Kodak’s children. In 2024, she was arrested following a confrontation with Jammiah “Maya” Broomfield, the mother of Kodak’s son King. At the time, she faced burglary, grand theft, and battery charges. She later spoke about the incident on Netflix’s Wags to Riches, claiming, “[Broomfield] told [Kodak] I touched her car door, opened her car door. The door was already motherfuckin’ open ‘cause she was trying to Mac me. I kicked the Mace out of her hand… I had a feeling was gonna get arrested.”
Johnson shares daughter Queen Yuri and son Prince with Kodak. He also has a daughter, Princess Isabella, with Daijanae Ward, in addition to his son with Broomfield. What began as a birthday celebration ultimately became another chapter in their turbulent history.
