The reconciliation came to light during Latto’s recent interview on Bravo’s Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen. When asked how she and Ice Spice managed to move past their differences, the Atlanta rapper revealed, “Her team reached out to my team.” She added that she’s “open to rekindling with anybody,” signaling a new chapter of peace and maturity in her career.
The two artists once fueled viral debates and countless fan theories as their subtle jabs played out in lyrics and online exchanges. Despite the tension, the rivalry brought out strong performances from both sides, with Latto’s “Sunday Service” becoming one of her standout hits and charting across major platforms. Now, instead of competing, they’ve joined forces on the remix of Latto’s latest single “Gyatt.” The collaboration dropped with an energetic video that has already earned more than nine million views and climbed to No. 37 on the video charts. Fans have praised the move as a powerful example of unity between two leading women in Hip Hop.
During the same interview, Latto was also asked about her strained relationship with Nicki Minaj. When Andy Cohen questioned whether she could ever make peace with Nicki, Latto responded with a light laugh and said she was “open to rekindling with anybody.” Her co-guest, Real Housewives of Potomac star Gizelle Bryant, chimed in, “We love Nicki,” to which Latto subtly replied, “I did, too.” Their fallout dates back to 2022, when Nicki publicly voiced frustration over Grammy category placements, sparking an online back-and-forth that ended their once-cordial rapport. While Latto has mended fences with Ice Spice, her tone suggested that a similar reunion with Nicki might not come as easily.
