Latto has announced that she will make history as the first female performer at Atlanta’s 29th annual Hot 107.9 Birthday Bash. The “Lottery” rapper stopped by the radio station to share the news with her fans.
When asked if she felt pressure as the first woman to perform on the festival stage, she made it clear that she was totally unbothered: “It’s pressure for them, not me.”
The event will occur at the State Farm Arena on June 22. The rapper also noted that she has several special guests lined up to perform alongside her on the Hot 107.9 stage. “I’m bringing out hellaaaaaaa special guests,” she wrote in a recent Instagram post.
This upcoming show is another accomplishment the Grammy-nominated rapper can add to her ever-growing resume. In 2022, she was also awarded the key to her hometown of Clayton County, Georgia, and Dec.18 was declared “Latto Day.”
