Lloyd is making headlines after Usher surprised the crowd by bringing him out as a special guest at one of his recent shows.
Known for his signature long locks, Lloyd surprised fans by appearing on stage with a shaved head. He explained that the drastic change was in support of his aunt, who is currently fighting cancer. “Today marks the first day since I shaved my head,” Lloyd shared. “I did it because my aunt is battling cancer, and I want to stand by her and take this journey with her.”
Fans reacted to the hair cut, “Beautiful Lloyd always seemed so genuine. It will grow back y’all!” read one comment. “I love the support!! Some people don’t understand that hair grows back lol” read another.

“Uncle” Lloyd is welcoming Baby Hanyes with open arms.
The singer shared a heartfelt message to Ashanti and Nelly’s bundle of joy.
He wrote via Instagram, “Dear Baby Haynes, you are surrounded by love, by good energy, and by ppl who have prayed for your piece [sic] of mind way before you were born.”
“One day I will tell you of the times I got to sing to you while still in your mothers belly, of how your mommy changed my life, and of how your dad was there for me when I needed a little love and guidance. Can’t wait to meet you and make you laugh. Inshallah, Your Uncle Ladi [infinity emoji, heart emoji, baby emoji].”
