During a recent set in Philadelphia on her Hot Girl Summer Tour, a Megan Thee Stallion fan got kicked out after throwing their phone on stage. In a post on The Neighborhood Talk, footage shows what happened moments after. From the clip, it looks like the Houston rapper was signing autographs and taking pics and videos on fan’s phones. However, one got too overzealous and was ejected from the show after launching their phone on the stage. “I didn’t mean to hit nobody,” the woman can be overheard saying.
Meg requested that security refrains from intervening and that the woman did not intend to cause harm. However, security didn’t see it that way and escorted the woman out. Megan kicked off her Hot Girl Summer Tour on May 14 at the Target Center in Minneapolis. Prior to announcing the tour, the rapper dropped three singles earlier this year, “Cobra,” “Hiss,” and more recently “BOA.” The Hot Girl Summer Tour is expected to make pitstops in major cities like New York City, Chicago, Atlanta, her hometown of Houston, and more. The 35-city tour is in support of her upcoming album. No release date or album title has been announced yet.
‘She Didn’t Mean It,’ Megan Tells Security In The Video
Megan Thee Stallion isn’t the only artist who has experienced fans getting overly excited and throwing things onto the stage. A few weeks back, Flo Milli had to address an unruly crowd during her set on Gunna’s Bittersweet Tour. “Hold on, stop the show,” Flo is overheard saying in a clip that circulated online.
“B*tch, who you throwing sh*t at?” she beings. Later as she walks off stage, she says, “B*tch, when I f*cking catch you, ho. I swear to f*cking God.” Gunna also spoke on the project, taking up for the “Never Lose Me” rapper. “No disrespect in any form @_FloMilli will be tolerated on tour . family ties.”
