Ne-Yo Says People Should Be Allowed To Marry Multiple Partners

Award-winning singer/songwriter Ne-Yo shared his thoughts on marriage with TMZ on Thursday. He revealed that people should be allowed to marry multiple partners.

When asked if polygamy should be legalized, he replied, “I feel like in the realm of love and romance, you should let people do whatever the hell they want … as long as it ain’t hurting anybody.”

The songwriter behind “Because Of You” strolled down The Grove in Los Angeles, chatting with the outlet about his views on marriage, polygamy, and music. He was accompanied by two women who mentioned that he would not be getting married again. 

“At the end of the day, the people I love know I love them, and they love me,” he told the interviewer.

Ne-Yo was married to Crystal Renay Williams from 2016 to 2023 before embracing a polygamous lifestyle. The singer, with two women on vacation made headlines in March. He told TMZ he’s in his first polygamous relationship.

Ne-yo is featured on Eric Bellinger’s album, The Rebirth 3, on the single “Sage. “Link Up” is his latest single, which features a Fabolous remix.
