Fans dubbing Sacrifice as one of the best songs on the Revenge of the Dreamers III compilation album, and the video is finally here.
The emotional video shows a lot of love to the crews lost ones. It was dedicated to Milton Ahdwele Fann, who is the father of Earthgang’s Olu (aka Johnny Venus) and “all those who have passed on.” The Scott Lazer, David Peters, and Chad Tennies directed video shows a strong connection to the lyrics, which details the sacrifice each artist had to make. The combination of the artist featured on the song works perfectly for the laid-back feel of the record.
The song also gives us a slight look into J. Coles marriage, “She gave me the gift of my son, plus we got one on the way.”
