Earlier this week it was rumored that Cardi B was looking to get on television after TMZ reported that she filed paperwork to trademark “Bocktails With Cardi B.”
The report stated that her plan was to use the new trademark for “entertainment services in the nature of providing ongoing episodes for distribution via television and the Internet featuring celebrities and artists,” and “shirts, t-shirts, sweatshirts, hooded sweatshirts, hats, caps, footwear, skirts, dresses, blouses, sweaters, pants and shorts,” plus “alcoholic beverages, except beer and beverages containing beer.”
Therefore everyone believed she was going to work on her own TV show.
She went on Twitter to address the rumors, and reveal that she doesn’t quite have a show coming in the near future.
“No I’m not doing a tv show. I’m just trade marking different drinks name,” she wrote. “TMZ gets one piece of information and put legs and feet on that b****.”
