50 Cent gets a win.

Following the release of Teairra Mari’s sextape on Instagram, she held a press conference requesting a retraining order claiming that he had worked with her ex-boyfriend to release the footage and pictures.

According to TMZ, the judge has denied the request because according to Mari’s lawyer, “[the judge] was not convinced that the photo 50 Cent posted, with ejaculate on our client’s face, showed her ‘engaging’ in a sexual act.”

On top of that she believes that 50 Cent would not post the photo again.

Bloom reacted to the judge’s decision by saying, “common sense dictates that photo of a woman with ejaculate on her face clearly depicts a sex act, and is the kind of humiliation the revenge porn law was designed to ban.”

Her ex-boyfriend who is believed to leak the footage Akbar Abdul-Ahad is scheduled to face a judge later this month.

50 Cent is yet to react.
