Thank U, Next singer Ariana Grande was set to perform at the 2019 Grammy awards. Well, it is reported that Grande has backed out of the performance due to a fall-out with show producers.

Not only did the soul-pop singer back out of her performance, it is alleged that she won’t even attend the show at this point. Grande canceled her performance because show producers wouldn’t oblige with her request to perform her new single ‘7 Rings.’

The producers did say she can perform new songs from her new album, but only as a part of a medley. Variety stated Grande felt “insulted” causing her to drop her performance just 4 days before the award show is set to air.

One thing’s for sure, Grande is nominated for two awards including “Best Pop Vocal” and “Best Pop Vocal Album.”

The show is set to air live on Sunday, Feb. 10th, at 8 PM on CBS. Will you still be watching?
