Nicki Minaj has thrilled fans by expanding the second leg of her Pink Friday 2 Tour.
Shortly after her release from Dutch authorities, the New York rapper wasted no time, taking to social media to reveal she’s adding more stops to her highly successful tour.
“PRE-SALE STARTS TMRW & TICKETS AVAILABLE EVERYWHERE THIS PINK FRIDAY!!!!!! 🛸🌃 Added Miami, Los Angeles, St. Louis, & so many more to the 2nd North American Leg of the #PinkFriday2 #GAGCITY WORLD TOUR. GAGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!” she exclaimed, complete with a series of emojis: “🥳🎊🥳🎊🥳🎊🥳💕💕💕💕💕💕🎀”
She concluded her message by directing fans to the link in her bio to cop tickets before they’re gone. “LINK IN BIO🎫 love you 🫶🏽,” she wrote.
Earlier this week, the “FTCU” rapper thrilled fans by revealing her Stateside return in September for round two, nearly a year after igniting the first leg in November.
“We did it, Barbz,” she declared with a hand heart emoji on Instagram. “The first US leg of the #PinkFriday2 #GAGCITY TOUR was SO SUCCESSFUL, I was offered a 2nd leg beginning in SEPTEMBER [celebration emojis] Sign up now & tkts will go on sale in a few more days.”
However, the announcement was overshadowed when Nicki was detained in Amsterdam on suspicion of “possessing soft drugs” while traveling to Manchester during the international leg of her ongoing tour, just one day later.
Though released soon after, the Young Money rapper alleged “disgusting” treatment while in Dutch custody.
“Not being able to get to Manchester, I don’t know when was the last time I felt that low,” she said, speaking to fans on Stationhead, referencing her canceled show in the UK city, a result of her arrest.
“Not only that, but knowing that something is being done to you on purpose simply because you are a confident other race […] There was one lady there — all the rest were men — and I could tell she had a heart. The treatment was just disgusting and I wouldn’t wish that on anyone.”
