NOT FAKE news!
The Supreme Court ruled today (July 9) in a history-making decision that Manhattan prosecutors can obtain President Trump’s financial records. Trump has fought hard to keep these records a secret and now his information will be available. It’s unlikely it’ll the public will have access to it before Election Day, however, it’s a huge win for a nation’s justice system that no one, not even the president, is above the law, Manhattan District Attorney Cy Vance said. It was a 7-2 majority.
“Article II and the Supremacy Clause do not categorically preclude, or require a heightened standard for, the issuance of a state criminal subpoena to a sitting President.”
Trump vented on Twitter in regards to the ruling, he said, “PROSECUTORIAL MISCONDUCT!”
The Supreme Court sends case back to Lower Court, arguments to continue. This is all a political prosecution. I won the Mueller Witch Hunt, and others, and now I have to keep fighting in a politically corrupt New York. Not fair to this Presidency or Administration!

Pelosi says that although the SCOTUS ruling does not give the House access to Trump’s financial records, it gives them “a path.”

A Black Lives Matter street mural will begin in New York City today. NBC reports 5th ave, where Trump Tower stands is shut down. Mayor Bill de Blasio is set to join the volunteers/artists paint.
Donald Trump once called the mural a “symbol of hate,” and said it would denigrate 5th Avenue, which is one of Manhattan’s most luxurious places known for shopping and living. De Blasio defended the mural and told Trump out that Black people BUILD 5th ave.
“Your ‘luxury’ came from THEIR labor, for which they have never been justly compensated.” “The fact that you see it as denigrating your street is the definition of racism.”
Here’s what you don’t understand:
Black people BUILT 5th Ave and so much of this nation.
Your “luxury” came from THEIR labor, for which they have never been justly compensated.
We are honoring them. The fact that you see it as denigrating your street is the definition of racism.— Mayor Eric Adams (@NYCMayor) July 1, 2020
