Odell Beckham Jr. is vehemently denying new allegations that he was involved in an alleged sexual assault alongside Diddy in 2018. According to TMZ, the NFL star is calling the claims “stupid,” while Diddy’s legal team is also slamming the accusations as completely false.
Ashley Parham first detailed the alleged assault in a lawsuit filed in October 2024 in a California federal court. Initially, she claimed Diddy and several unnamed men sexually assaulted her at a Northern California residence. She said the attack happened after she commented on Tupac’s murder. The remark was made during a FaceTime call with Diddy a month prior.
In an amended complaint filed Friday, Parham specifically named Beckham and comedian Druski as two of the alleged attackers. She claimed Diddy assaulted her with a knife and a TV remote before Druski “jumped on top of” her, knocking the wind out of her, and then raping her. She also alleged that Beckham later participated in the attack and was referred to as “Cornelius” by some men in the room.
Diddy’s legal team previously denied the allegations. On Monday, they dismissed the amended lawsuit as an even more outrageous fabrication. “Her far-fetched tale contains it all: fake cops, cash bribes, and an alleged victim of the late Michael Jackson who was purportedly kidnapped across state lines and forced to ‘sign paperwork at gunpoint’ while shepherded through a web of ‘safe houses,’” they said in a statement. “No sane person reading this complaint could credit this story.”
Beckham and Druski both denied the allegations on Sunday. Beckham addressed the claims in a comment, writing, “Boy I’ll tell u what. This world makes absolutely no sense. I am covered by God. He will prevail. I kno who am I, I kno who u are, keep ur head. That name will be cleared. Shxts stupid.”
