A representative for the rapper, born Kiari Kendrell Cephus, confirmed the shooting on Tuesday morning and provided a brief update on his status. “We can confirm Offset was shot and is currently at the hospital receiving medical care,” the representative said.

Stay Strong!” Flair said, thanking the rapper for his contributions to his own career during their past creative partnerships. Other members of the music industry also reacted to the news.
Quavo, Offset’s longtime collaborator and fellow Migos member, reportedly offered prayers for his former groupmate.
